By subscribing to our subscribtion plans, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the My Content Creator AI website (the “Service”) operated by My Content Creator AI (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Subscription And Renewal
By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fee as stated on our website. This fee grants you access to the Service for one full calendar month or year respectively. Your subscription to My Content Creator AI will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you manually cancel your subscription. Your payment method will be charged the subscription fee stated at the time of your initial enrollment, plus applicable taxes, on the renewal date. Before your subscription renews, we will send you a reminder email notifying you of the upcoming renewal. This email will be sent to the email address associated with your My Content Creator AI account a reasonable period before your renewal date to give you the opportunity to review and modify your subscription if necessary.
Cancellation
To stop your subscription from automatically renewing, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your My Content Creator AI account, navigating to My Account and then the My Subscription section, and following the instructions to cancel.
Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we will charge your payment method for the next subscription period, and we do not provide refunds for the subscription fees already paid.
Changes To Subscription Fee
We reserve the right to change the subscription fee and will notify you in advance of any changes. It is your responsibility to review the notification and decide if you want to continue with the updated fee or cancel your subscription.
Payment Method
It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method during the term of your subscription. If we are unable to process payment using the payment method on file, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
Usage
We have not put a restriction on the number of times individual users use the service, however this is based on users adopting ‘fair use’ behaviour. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account which uses the tools in a manner we consider to be excessive.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate suspension or termination.
AI Accuracy And Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information through the use of OpenAIs models, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information generated by the My Content Creator AI. You acknowledge that the AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and you agree to use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the AI-generated content, and we disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from your reliance on the AI-generated content.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of My Content Creator AI. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Changes
